2. Itinerary
D1：Reception：After picking you up from the airport or railway station, we may send you to the hotel reserved for you previously; If time permits and you are available, we can tour around the Jinli ancient town just in Chengdu ,where we can appreciate the historic atmosphere of the ancient Shu kingdom ( one of the Chinese Ancient Three Kingdoms) and have a taste of the local snacks
D 2：After breakfast, we go to visit the world culture heritage, Doujiang Weir. Upward along MingjiangRiver, we get to China’s Panda Natural Reserve Base, Wolong. After lunch, we will pass BalangshanMountainPass (4500m) where we will sightsee the snow scenery. when we arrive the Four-Maiden Mountains, after enjoying the beauties of Shushan from afar, we get to Jiaju Tibetan village in Denba by the way of Xiaojing County where once Chinese red army came in the wartime. We will have supper in the most beautiful Tibetan village in china, Jiaju. In the evening, we may saunter on the country road to enjoy the tranquil night there before rest.
D 3：，We go to take pictures of Suopo Tibetan tower groups where we can sightsee many historic-significantly architectures. Departure from Suopo, we are heading for YakValley known as “the natural potted beauty”. The scenery of the valley can give you many surprises. PassingGedalangziMountain, we can park our car to take pictures of the beautiful holy snow mountain, Yala. Then, we will visit another magnificent architecture, Huiyuan monastery, which was a refuge built by Yongzheng emperor of Qing dynasty for the seventh Dalai to hide from the Zhun-Geerdan mutiny.Here you may find many well-built towers outside the monastery. After sightseeing those attractions, we are going to have lunch in Bamei town and late, go to Tagong Grassland and Tagong Monastery. Finally we reach the “paradise for photographers, Xinduqiao town.
D 4: Starting off from Xinduqiao, we pass GaoersiMonasteryMountain to YajiangCounty. Along our way, we can sightsee the valley beauties and YalongjiangRiver. Setting out from YajiangCounty, we get to YakouPass where we can take pictures of Konka mountain ranges. Then we will pass KalaziMountain with company of blue sky flowing fair cloud and green grassland. In the afternoon we can arrive one of the highest city in the world, LitangCounty. Departure from Litang, in won’t take us long to Haizi Mountain known as the “Ancient Glacier Relics(the largest glacier relics in Qinghai-Tibet plateau) ” by the way of Tuzi(rabbit mountain)mountain and Maoya prairie where each year onaugust the fist, there is a hors-riding race. On the HaiziMountain scatter a lot of lakes, either small or large. Traveling forward, we will reach Daocheng(the city of rice) by passing the ancient Tibetan monastery of White branch of Tibetan Buddhism and Bengbo Monastery in SangtuiVillage Country. After resting in hotel for a while, we may saunter in the evening glow and enjoy the sunset in Daocheng, which would make you reluctant to leave.
D 5：Setting out from Daocheng, we are heading for Shangri-la, on the way to which we will pass the gorge of BowaMountain and can exhaust the natural beauties to our heart content.A road has been built from the village country of Shangri-la, through Shangri-laCounty in Yunnan to MuliCounty in Sichuan. When the three holy mountains, Xiannairi, Yangmaiyong, Xianuoduouji, appear in front of you, you can find yourself in the village of Yading. Under the guide of the groom, we begin our tour in Yading. We will enjoy our lunch in Yading village, and then trek around FrogLake in the afternoon.
D 6：After breakfast, we trek further to LuorongGrazingLand till reaching MilkLake. We will have lunch just besides the Lake. Departure from Yading in the afternoon, we go back to DaochengCounty and may have a spa at your own expense in Rubuchaka Warm Fountain (3km from downtown). After supper, we take rest in hotel.第七天D7：After breakfast, we set out from Litang to YajiangCounty where we will have lunch. We are to spend night in Xingduqiao.早餐后，从稻城经理塘到达雅江县用午餐；再到新都桥用晚餐后，休息就寝。
D 8: After breakfast, we pass the first mountain with the height of 4000m along Sichuan-Tibet Route, Zheduo Snow Mountain, then get to the “County of Love song” , Kangding, where we will have our lunch. In the afternoon, we travel downward along the GreatSpanRiver to reach LudingCounty where the LudingBridge is located. It is a strategic spot seized by the red army in China’ civil war. Here we can still sense the danger of the natural barrier. Then we pass Erlang Tunnel to get to Yaan where we can enjoy our dinner and spend our night.
D 9：Starting off from Yaan, we are heading for a old interchange along the ancient tea road, ShangliAncientTown, where we can enjoy the beauty of ancient style and the local delicacy. Back to Chengdu, we may enjoy the local famous food-hotpot befor having rest in hotel.
