Reception: After picking you up from the airport or railway station, we may send you to the hotel reserved for you previously; If time permits and you are available, we can tour around the Jinli ancient town just in Chengdu ,where we can appreciate the historic atmosphere of the ancient Shu kingdom ( one of the Chinese Ancient Three Kingdoms) and have a taste of the local snacks

【Itinerary】

Day 1：After breakfast, we are heading for Yaan, and get to Luding County where the Luding Bridge is located. It was a strategic spot seized by the Red Army in China’s civil war. On our way to Luding County, we will pass Erlang Mountain Tunnel and sightsee the magnificence of the Great Span River and Konka Mountian Range. From Luding County, going further, we get to Kangding famous for its horse-riding mountains. There we will have our lunch. After lunch we will pass Zheduo Snow Mountain and Yankou Pass where we can sightsee beautiful snow scenery. Descending from the mountain, we reach the “paradise for photographers”, Xinduqiao where we are exposed to a world of Tibetan houses, Yaks, Grassland and snow mountains. After supper, we may stroll in mountains to enjoy the beauty of Konka Mountain bathing in the evening glow. Then we will rest in hotel.
D2：Starting off from Xinduqiao, we pass Gaoersi Monastery Mountain to Yajiang County. Along our way, we can sightsee the valley beauties and Yalongjiang River. Setting out from Yajiang County, we get to Yakou Pass where we can take pictures of Konka mountain ranges. Then we will pass Kalazi Mountain with company of blue sky flowing fair cloud and green grassland. In the afternoon we can arrive one of the highest city in the world, Litang County. After Lunch, we go to visit Changchun-Qingkeer Monastery of Gelu Branch belonging to Shamanism. Then we are to pass Haizi Mountian where we can sightsee the beautiful Highlandlake before we reach Batang County. Batang County is located on the upstream of Jingsha River, where is an important traffic fortress on the route of Sichuan-Tibe Highway. In Batang County, there is famous Batang Tune village where the locals sing enchanting and happy songs.
D3：Starting out from Batang, we pass Jinshajiang River Bridge in Balong to get to Tibet. Traveling forward along the valley, we reach Mangkang where there is rich for Matsutake. Mangkang is located on the junction of the Sichuan- Tibet and Yunnan- Tibet Highway. Departure from Mangkang and passing three high mountains and Lancang River, we come to Zuogong County.
D 4：After breakfast, we start out from Zuogong County to Bangda where there is Bangda Airport famous for its highest altitude and longest runway in the world. Bangda is a basin in the watershed between Lancang River and Nujiang River. After lunch in Bangda, we will pass Yela Mountain and 99 river bends as well as the Nujiang River Bridge and valleys before we get to Basu. Setting out from Basi, we will reach the highland glacier lake, Ranwu Lake(area of 22km) , by the way of Ranwu Valley. The lake is surrounded by luxurious forests and crystal glacier mirrored in the limpid lake. Not far rise the holy snow mountains, which just touch your heart with its gorgeous beauty.
D 5：After breakfast, we set out from Ranwu Town, traveling forward along the peaceful lake. It just seems like walking in a fairyland. Going further, we come to an ancient glacier with floating ice in the lake just like floating island exquisitely carved by nature, which is quite similar to the Antarctic Pole.
D6：We will depart from Ranwu in the early morning to reach Midui Glacier which is just amazing. We will pass Midui Village and trek for several hours to have a close contact with the awesome Glacier. Farewell with Midui Glacier, we trek downward along Palong-zambpo River to get to Zhamu town in Bomi County known as “the east Alps”, which is covered in dense forests and flanked by snow mountains. We will spend a night there to sense its particular characters of the “Tibetan Switzerland”.
D7：Starting off along Bomi Route,(if across Palongzambop River Bridge, we can go to Motuo where the road opens from late June to August, otherwise, we need trek there), traveling along the primitive forests, we trek in the natural barrier, Tongmai which is located on the bend of Palongzampbo River and a beautiful place to trek in(along this way there are often torrents and debris flow in monsoon season, and the autonomous prefecture has already undertaken the reconstruction or built diversions) . Along this route, we will pass Lulang Town, immersed in a sea of green forests, and also we can sightsee pastoral beauties. Passing Selala Mountain Pass, we can sightsee the beautiful Nanjiabawa Mountain Peak and Jianaxilei Peak. Downward along the mountain, we are past Rhododendron Forest to Linzhi County known as the “frontier Jiangnan”(Jiangnan means South China famous for its beautiful pastoral scenery), where we can sightsee the scenery of Niyanghe River.
D 8：After sightseeing in Linzhi Town, we will visit the world-known Linxi Great Bend of Yaruzampbo River(the swirling river forms a spectacular U-shaped Bend here). Up to now , there has become a mature scenic spot for trekking, driving, boating, etc. If you are a trekking enthusiast, you can trek from Miling County for 4-5days to reach here.
D 9：After breakfast, we set out from Bayi Town, traveling upward along Niyang River to sightsee Dabasoncuo Lake by the way of Basongcuo Town named alternatively Cuogaohu , which means “green water” in Tibetan language. It is just like a emerald jade surrounded by blue mountains. We will go forward to a small village in the west of the lake and further trek past Gongbu branch Tibetans village and lots of pastoral beauties to the lake, where we can take pictures and saunter around to our heart content. Taking bus from Basoncuo, passing Gongbujiangda and Mila Mountain, we step onto the board of the dreaming place, Lhasa, where the spectacular Potala Palace will greet you.
