Chengdu--(54km)—Doujiang Dam --(86km)--Wolong --(96km)--Four-Maiden Mountain Range --(56km)-- Xiaojing(62km)-- Danba(354km in total). Accomodation：Jiaju Tibetan Village (altitude：1900m)

Visit the world culture heritage, Dujiang Dam and Wolong Panda Natural Reserve Base. Passing by the Four-Maiden Mountain, we’ll go to Jiaju Tibetan village in Danba.

Danba --(84km)--Bamei --(29km)--Tagong --(33km)-- Xinduqiao(146km in total). Accomodation：Hotel(altitude:3500m)

We’ll first visit the Suopo Tibetan tower groups, then we are heading for Yak Valley and visit Huiyuan monastery. We are going to have lunch in Bamei town and later, go to Tagong Grassland and Tagong Monastery. Finally we’ll reach Xinduqiao town, know as the “paradise for photographers.

Xinduqiao--(68km)--Yajiang--(137km)--Litang--(148km)-- Daocheng(353km in total). Accomodation：Hotel(altitude:3500m)

Starting off from Xinduqiao, we come to Yajiang County. We can see the Gongga Mountain along the way. In the afternoon we’ll arrive in one of the highest city in the world, Litang County. We’ll visit Litang monastery. Departure from Litang, it won’t take long to Haizi Mountain known as the “Ancient Glacier Relics( the largest glacier relics in Qinghai-Tibet plateau) ”. Traveling forward, we will reach Daocheng(the city of rice).

Daocheng--(120km)--Yadin(120kmin total)--(trekking)--Chonggu Monastery

Accomodation：camp(altitude:3900m)

Setting out from Daocheng, we are heading for Shangri-la.  When the three holy mountains (Mt. Xiannairi, Mt. Yangmaiyong, Xianuoduouji) appear in front of you, you can find yourself in the village of Yading.

Yading--(120km)--DaochengCounty(120km in total).

Accomodation： Shangri-la (altitude:3500m)

We trek forward to Luorong Pasture and the Milk Lake will pose in front of you. We will have lunch besides the lake. Farewell with Yading Village in the afternoon , we go back to Daocheng, where we can have a hot spa at individual expense in Rubuchaka Warm Fountain( 3km from downtown) before resting.

Daocheng --(112km)-- Xiangcheng--(162km)--Derong(274km in total).

Accomodation: Hotel (altitude:2000m)

We set out in the morning from Daocheng to Xiangcheng by the way of Sangtui Village Town. Then we head to Sanngpi Monastery and later Rongxian County, known as “the valley of sun”.  

Note

Derong County with the altitude of over 1000m is located on the board of Jiangsha River, Yunnan and Tibet. Here enjoys much sunshine all year round. It is also rich in fruits like pepper, apple and walnut.

Derong --(77km)--Bengzilan --(103km)--Deqing(180km in total),

Accmodation: Hotel(altitude:3200m)

We start out from Derong County to Bengzi-lan. On the way there, we can see the fantastic snow mountain, Meili Snow Mountain.

Deqing——(Meili Snow Mountain) Accomodation： Hotel(altitude:3200m)

We set out in the morning to Mingyon Village from where we will trek to visit Mingyong Glacier.

Deqing --(113km)--Yanjing --(111km)--Mangkang,(224km in total)

Accomodation：Hotel(altitude:2600m)

Departing from Meili Snow Mountain, we travel along the turbid Lancang River to Yanjing Ancient Town. Passing Yanjing and Yakou Pass, we reach Mangkang County in Tibet located in the junction of the south and north section of the Sichuan-Tibet Route.

Mangkang--(156km)--Zuogong,(156km in total)

Accomodation：Hotel(altitude:3000m)

After breakfast， we depart from Mangkang County, passing three snow mountains and Lancang River to get to Zuogong County.

Zuogong--(207km)--Basu --(90km)--Ranwu,(292km in total). board：Hostel(altitude:3200m)

After breakfast, we set out from Zuogong, traveling upward along a river to get to the Bangda. After lunch in Bangda, we will pass Yela Mountain and 99 river bends as well as the Nujiang River Bridge and valleys before we get to Basu. Setting out from Basi, we will reach the highland glacier lake, Ranwu Lake (area of 22km) , by the way of Ranwu Valley.

Ranwu --(50km)--Laigu Glacier --(50km)-- Ranwu(100km in total), Accomodation： Hostel(altitude:3200)

After breakfast, we set out from Ranwu Town, traveling forward along the peaceful lake. It just seems like walking in a fairyland island exquisitely carved by nature, which is quite similar to the Antarctic Pole.

Ranwu --(25km)--Midui Glacier --(110km)--Bomi(135km in total),

Accommodation: Hotel (altitude:1600m)

We will depart from Ranwu in the early morning to reach Midui Glacier. We will pass Midui Village and trek for several hours to have a close contact with the awesome Glacier. Farewell with Midui Glacier, we trek downward along Palong-zangbu River to get to Zhamu town in Bomi County known as “the east Alps”.

Bomi --(120km)-- Lulang--(113km)--Lingzh(233km in total)

Accomodation： Hotel(altitude:2500m)

We will pass The Palong-zangbu River Bridge. Along the primitive forests, we trek in Tongmai which is located on the bend of Palong-zangbu River. Along this route, we will pass Lulang Town. Passing Selala Mountain Pass, we can sightsee the beautiful Nanjiabawa Mountain Peak and Jianaxilei Peak. Downward along the mountain, we are past Rhododendron Forest to Linzhi County known as the “frontier Jiangnan”(Jiangnan means South China famous for its beautiful pastoral scenery), where we can sightsee the scenery of Niyanghe River.

Note

From the Palong-zangbu River bridge we can drive to Motuo in late June to August, but if in other time, we can only trek there.

Lingzhi --(50km)--Yaruzampbo Gorge --(50km)-- Lingzhi(233km in total),

Accomodation：Hotel(altitude:2500m)

We will visit the world-known Linxi Great Bend of Yaruzampbo River(the swirling river forms a spectacular U-shaped Bend here) Up to now , there has become a mature scenic spot for trekking, driving, boating, etc. If you are a trekking enthusiast, you can trek from Miling County for 4-5days to reach here.

Lingzhi --(140km)--Basonco --(80km)--Gongbujiangda --(206km)--Mozhugongka --(78km)--Lhasa(504km in total), Accomodation：Lhasa local residence in Lincang(altitude:3650m)

After breakfast, we set out from Bayi Town, traveling upward along Niyang River to sightsee Dabasoncuo Lake. We will go forward to a small village in the west of the lake and further trek past Gongbu branch Tibetans village. Taking bus from Basoncuo, passing Gongbujiangda and Mila Mountain, we step onto the board of the dreaming place, Lhasa, where the spectacular Potala Palace will greet you.
